Fabio出生于意大利那不勒斯的一个小镇上，家族世代以做手工现烤披萨为生，Fabio从小耳濡目染，拥有一手烤披萨的好手艺，在当地非常有名气；在一次寻找披萨最优质原料的旅途中，结识了同样在寻找旅途中的中国小伙章先生，两人志趣相投，经常一起探讨意式披萨制作技术，Fabio说“比萨饼是我的城市—给全世界带来的美丽礼物，我希望每个人都有机会能品尝最传统正宗的的那不勒斯披萨”。志同道合的两位年轻人一拍即合，在中国这片大市场，开始了他们的意大利现烤披萨推广之旅。
Fabio was born in a small town in Naples, Italy. Fabio lived in the family for generations making hand-baked pizza. Fabio was immersed in his childhood. He had a good hand in baking pizza and was very famous in the area. On a journey to find the best raw material for pizza, he met Mr. Zhang, a Chinese lad who was also looking for the best raw material for pizza. Fabio said, "Pizza is my city - a beautiful gift to the whole world. I hope everyone has a chance to taste the most traditional and authentic Naples pizza." Like-minded two young people hit it off and started their Italian roast pizza promotion tour in this big market in China.
